You guy r so rude tht it isnt funny all i wanted to know is y yall didnt deliever my small package tht ik was in and yet u couldnt answer smh
Edit: lately mail is being delivered to wrong addresses. No one is answering phones at the Post Office and the doors are locked often during "open" business hours. You can see and hear there are employees there but doors are locked
These guys fail to deliver my weekend packages on a constant basis. They'll tell me all kinds of excuses. It's pretty hard to attempt to deliver a package when you never show up. My camera system doesn't lie.. Also had to replace my mailbox because they broke the door jaming a box that was clearly too big into the mailbox.
Worst place ever. Nobody knows what is going on ever. Customer service is nonexistent. What is so hard about this job? Not a damn thing. I wish I could switch post offices.
Mail delivery drivers have a hard time closing mail boxes. Took me four years of constant phone calls to the postmaster AT the H.C. location and numerous reports right to the Main Postal service customer affairs to finally have my mail box closed on a regular basis. Was tired of wet mail or snow packed inside the mail box. I still see dozens of mail boxes still being left open with mail inside through out the community but the postmaster doesn't care unless the actual person of the property calls in a complaint.
