Funeral services is not something that you want messed up and I would say definately don't use Heckman Funeral home.
This company has failed to provide to my family not only precious engraved items that were ordered at time of service, but also prepared my loved one in such a horrible manner with visible incisions, devices still left in place, and I've NEVER seen anything so unprofessional in ANY service I have EVER been in attendance. Mr.Heckman has NOT returned nor answer numerous calls and emails since summer of 2016 to resolve any matters. I'd take my business elsewhere any time in the future. Use someone else who will show compassion and professionalism to the family instead.
I wouldn't suggest using Randy Heckman for funeral arrangements. There were mistakes made with the obituary. A picture was not included with the obituary and no location of services was listed for people to know where to go. Also, the time set was to be from 10 to 2 but Randy had the paper put that the services started at 2. Imagine the misinformed people showing up at the end....
